Joshua Meeks is an Assistant Professor of History and Director of the Honors Program at Northwest University. He has worked extensively on the Mediterranean during the French Revolution, with a specific focus on Corsica. His first book, France, Britain, and the Struggle for the Revolutionary Western Mediterranean published in 2017.
