One of the main features of this book lies in that it is a study based on solid evidence rather than preset values. It objectively analyses and describes the analysis framework of and forecast to the Communist Party of China by western scholars since the 1990s, at the same time, puts forward detailed analysis to the construction and measures made by the Communist Party of China in organization and thought in the past 20 years, on the basis of which, concludes a judgment that the Communist Party of China has always been in the process of transformation, i.e. shrinking and adjustment, and gives cautious forecast on the future of the Communist Party of China.
