Mona Mayfair is dying, a mysterious illness is taking her away from her darling Quinn, and unable to let that happen, Lestat changes her. Together the three of them set onto a journey to find out what has happened to the reason for Mona¿s illness, her daughter a taltos. You don¿t need to read the trilogy about the Mayfair witches to understand this story, but if you want the long version, you should. This is the last novel in the chronicles, and so it is a little sad. It¿s not too bad though, it¿s a great book and in my opinion, when you¿re sitting there, thinking about what to do next ¿ read the whole series again! You¿ll probably enjoy it even more the second time. Now that you know so much more about each character, it¿s interesting to see how they appeared to you the first time. As always, enjoy.
