For over 20 years, the Review of Contemporary Fiction has celebrated and promoted the study of innovative fiction by featuring some of the most influential, yet often neglected, authors of the twentieth century.The Review features three to four authors in each issue, covering authors with a large body of work and younger writers with only a few books whose writing hasn't been widely studied. Essays about these authors provide both an introduction to their experimental fiction and interpretative strategies for reading their work. Occasionally, the Review will feature special issues devoted to new fiction from around the world or to essays and fiction by innovative novelists and critics.Bookstores are encouraged to place standing orders for the Review of Contemporary Fiction (discount and terms are the same as for Dalkey titles).
