The first in a series of Russian in translation volumes for Russian Civ or
Russian Literature courses. This volume contains five short stories by young,
emerging Russian writers of the post-Soviet era. Each story is in English, with
notes and commentary. Numerous classroom activities (exercise, content
questions, discussion questions) accompany each story. A glossary of useful
words for all the stories is included as well.
