Daniel Pacheco Lacerda: PhD in Production Engineering awarded by COPPE/UFRJ. Master's in Administration from UNISINOS (2005). CNPq Research Productivity Scholar (PQ-2) in the Production Engineering area since 2017. A co-ordinator of the Bachelor Program in Production Engineering/UNISINOS. Possesses professional and academic experience in the areas of Operations Strategy, Business Process Engineering, Data Envelopment Analysis, Design Science Research and Restriction Theory. Currently a permanent researcher in the Graduate Program in Industrial and Systems Engineering - PPGEPS/UNISINOS, and an academic co-ordinator of the GMAP/UNISINOS (Research Group on Modeling for Learning). Develops applied research projects in companies and public entities, such as FIOCRUZ/Bio-Manguinhos, PETROBRAS, TRANSPETRO, JBS, AGDI, SEBRAE/RS, SESI and VALE.
