Dr Marianna Török complete her studies in Physical Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Szeged (Hungary), University
of Southern California Los Angeles (USA) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA). She is an associate professor at
the Department of Chemistry, University of Massachusetts Boston (USA), a public university strongly committed to Green Chemistry
education and research, and the first school to offer a doctoral degree via the PhD in Chemistry/Green Chemistry Track. Her
research interest includes the interconnection of Medicinal Chemistry and Green Chemistry, and she is a co-author of several
reviews and research articles in this field
